We were a proud part of a team working with Heatherbrae Builders. Our work included stripping the vegetation, bulk and detailed excavation, installation of perimeter drain, water line, sanitary service, storm water service and control pond, foundation backfill, large retaining wall, site grading and more. The first phase included a 21,000 square-foot greenhouse which was manufactured in Europe and assembled on-site along and a 10,500 square-foot research building houses offices, lab space, meeting rooms, and all the mechanical and electrical systems that support the greenhouse.
